​​​​​​​​ENROLMENT APPLICATION PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your daughter at St John Fisher College. We are an inclusive and welcoming community with a diverse student population.​ Please note the enrolment application process below. 

​WHEN DO APPLICATIONS OPEN?
​Applications for enrolment in Year 7 open when the prospective student is ​​in Year 3.
​WHEN WILL MY CHILD BE INTERVIEWED?
​The leadership team will typically interview students and their parents in Term 2 of Year 4. 
​WHEN IS ORIENTATION DAY? 
​Orientation Day for incoming Year 7 students generally occurs in Term 4 of Year 6. View the SJFC Enrolment Polic​y here​

​ENROLMENT KEY DATES​

​​Year 7, 2027 - Online enrolments are OPEN.
For students currently in Year 3. 
​Year 7, 2026 - Online enrolments are OPEN.
For students currently in Year 4.
Year 7, 2025 - Currently a WAITING LIST.​ Applications welcome.
​​For students currently in Year 5.
​Year 7, 2024 - Currently a WAITING LIST. Applications welcome.​
​​​For students currently in Year 6.
​​​All other year levels​
​A small number of vacancies exist throughout the year levels with private tours available at request- email: sjfc@bne.catholic.edu.au. Applications are assessed on an individual basis​. 

To submit your enrolment application for your daughter, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the red Enrol button below, enter and review the required details and submit the form.

  2. Pay the non-refundable enrolment fee of $100 when the enrolment form is lodged​. Your enrolment forms cannot be progressed until the Enrolment Fee is received.

  3. After your enrolment form is lodged, we will then contact you regarding an interview.

  4. Please contact us directly, should you experience any difficulty completing the online enrolment a​pplication.

NB: If you are applying for more than one student, an option to enrol an additional student will be available once the first form is complete.

​​PAYING ENRO​LMENT APPLICATION FEE

($100 pe​r student)

The Enrolment Application Fee is payable at the time you lodge your application and to allow the enrolment to progress.

​Instructions for Paying Applic​ation for Enrolment Fee Online:

  1. Select the 'PAY HERE' button below
  2. Enter Payers First and Last Name and Contact Number
  3. Enter Student First and Last Name
  4. Click on Mastercard, Visa or Masterpass
  5. Enter credit card details and click Proceed
  6. Email a receipt to your email address
  7. Forward a copy of the receipt to sjfcenrolments@bne.catholic.edu.au
